When heat of the summer is gone, we stop getting as many big calls about bugs, spiders and black widows. The Fall shifts immediately into termite season, because that is when swarming season starts.
Then when January and February roll around, I’m swamped with calls about rats. The cold makes rats hormonal and that makes them mate more. The breading causes the noises that you hear in your attic. Santa Clarita specifically has a lot of roof rat infestations, and they can wreak havoc on your roof, attic and even garage.
